To assist you in making the right choice of fragrance from a distance, we provide a sample service. We will send a phial of fragrance for you to try before you order; a small service charge of $ 4.50 per sample *(for postage & packaging) will be made. There is, however, no charge made for samples when visiting the shop in person.

Up to six samples (please do not exceed this limit) of any of the fragrances listed on the website may be obtained at one time. If we do not have your requested fragrance sample available at the time, we reserve the right to substitute it with another fragrance sample. We highly recommend this service, as although we try to provide you with information to assist your choice, a fragrance should ideally be 'tried on' and worn before a final decision is made.

The content of fragrance provided within the phial, we feel should allow you to know if the fragrance is right for you. Therefore, as stocks can be limited at certain times of the year, we ask that you do not make multiple purchases of the same fragrance as this may result in the next customer unnecessarily waiting for availability. We ask that you please remember that the service is in place to allow you the opportunity to live with the fragrance before purchasing a bottle, for this reason all sample orders made through the website are recorded on a 'customer account history', allowing our experts to see what fragrances have been tried, and thus steer you in the right direction.

N.B. Please be aware that when ordering samples and/or catalogues only, there is a $ 20.00 limit to receive the items free from any extra delivery charge. If you attempt to order samples and catalogues exceeding that $20.00 value in one transaction you will automatically be charged for postage to your destination in addition to the $ 4.50 per sample and $5.00 catalogue charge.
