Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays.

Delivery in the U.S.:

> United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S) delivery available - Standard shipping.
> UPS Ground & UPS Next day are also available within the U.S. - Extra cost

Delivery for the rest of the world:

RETURN POLICY

KRIGLER products may be exchanged or returned within one (1) month of the original purchase date, or may be returned for a full refund within (14) days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original sales invoice. All items must be in perfect unopen/unsealed condition. Saleable condition.

To exchange or return a KRIGLER product, please follow the instructions below:

- Call our Customer Relations team at 1-212-371-1122 to receive a return authorization number.

- The item should be returned in its original packaging and condition.

- Complete a return voucher and include receipt in package. - After receiving your return authorization, shipping will be paid by customer. Only in case of malfunction KRIGLER will take care of return cost.

You may also exchange your product at a local KRIGLER boutique. Go to the Find Stores page to locate a store in your area.

KRIGLER will do its best to process your exchange or return as quickly as possible, within 10-14 days of your request. You must provide an invoice on all exchanges/returns.
